Size guide

Choosing the right size is important, but it doesn't have to be difficult! We have a size guide on all products, and with a measuring tape you can easily find out which size will fit you.

Some variations from brand to brand may occur, and we follow the brands' recommendations, which is why there are different size guides on products from different brands.

All size guides can be found below.

Help with bra measurements

Under the bust: place the measuring tape horizontally around the body, as close and tight as possible under the breasts. The length you measure is rounded down to the nearest bra circumference. Ex. 78 cm -> bra circumference 75
Above the bust: place the measuring tape horizontally around the body and over the widest point of the chest without tightening - the measuring tape should lie flat against the skin. The length you get determines your Cup size in accordance with the bra circumference - these are related and can be adjusted one after the other! Look at a size chart to see which Cup you should have after you have found the circumference.
Cup twin sizes: When the cup size is to remain the same, but the circumference is to be changed up or down, both variables must be changed in opposite directions. For example, if a 75C is too tight, but the cup size fits, you must adjust down to B when going up to 80, to achieve a larger bra circumference with the same cup size. This also applies the other way around, for example: 80D gets the same cup size in 75E, but narrower circumference.
Cup changes: If only the cup size needs to be adjusted, it is done without changing the circumference. Ex.: from 75C -> 75D
Bra size change: If you need to change both the circumference and cup size, e.g.: 80D is too large in both circumference and cup, then ONLY adjust the circumference down to 75D, to achieve a narrower circumference and smaller cup size. This also applies the other way around, e.g.: 70D gets a larger circumference and larger cup size in 75D.
Remember : A new bra should always sit on the outermost strap at the back, and you should ideally not have more than two fingers between your back and the bra. This is so that you can gradually move one or two notches inward on the back as the bra loses elasticity and becomes looser after a lot of use and washing, this way you keep the bra's fit as best as possible.

Women's clothing

The sizes we use for clothing can vary somewhat depending on fit and materials. Think about how you want the garment to fit you when choosing your size. Should the garment sit close to the body, do you want it to be a little over-sized, is there elastane (stretch) in the material? This can be helpful to think about if you e.g. is oscillating between two sizes.
