Return policy

RETURN INFORMATION

Here's how:

1: Log in to your page: account.frilin.no . Find the order and select "Request return", select the item(s) and reason, and complete by clicking "Request return".

2: Wait for the return to be approved. Once the return has been reviewed and approved within the 14-day return window, you will receive a return label by email.

3. Print out the return label and attach it to the outside of the package. Remember that all tags and labels on the item(s) must be intact. Pack the item(s) in a waterproof bag (e.g. the one you received them in).

4. Deliver the package to your nearest Post Office or Posten delivery point. Keep the receipt for the package delivery from Posten for extra security, until we have completed processing your return.

    RETURN TERMS

    Return or exchange items easily!

    We accept returns of items that are in their original condition within 14 days of receiving the package. A return shipping fee of 59,- will be charged.

    By original condition we mean that all products you return must be in the same condition as when you received them and with all labels intact. Returned items cannot have been used, washed or altered in any way.


    For hygienic reasons , all panties are sealed/sealed with tags and cannot be tried on. We recommend checking the size guide on each individual product, as well as measuring/comparing the product with underwear you already have at home that fits.


    • If you want to exchange the item for a different color, size, or other product: Request the return as normal - then send us an email with what you want to exchange for (then you will not pay the return fee): hello@frilin.no.

    • You will always receive a pre-invoiced return label by email from Bring/Posten when requesting a return. We strongly recommend that you use this for returns and exchanges, as it allows us to have an overview of the shipment and assist in any case with Posten if something happens to the package during transport and delivery.

    • All items you wish to return/exchange are your responsibility until we receive them. Therefore, always ask for a return receipt from the carrier you use, and keep it until the return and refund have been completed.

    • We aim to process your return and issue a refund within 7-21 days.

    • The refund will be made via the original payment method you selected at checkout.

    • Frilin reserves the right to reject returns requested after the 14 day return window and/or otherwise not in accordance with the return policy. In the event of a rejected return, we may ship the items back to your primary address at your expense to cover the shipping costs.

    • All items will be assessed individually upon return. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the applicable item and if you fail to comply with these returns terms, you may be suspended under our 5.4 Fair Use Policy

    • We are not responsible for items you have returned incorrectly or to us by mistake.

    • If the item(s) is/are damaged or defective upon delivery, you must describe the defect in the complaint field on the enclosed return form and return the item(s) in the usual manner. The return will then be treated as a complaint, and we may contact you by email if we need further information about the case. In the event of a complaint, a full refund will be given.
