Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time may vary from product to product, depending on availability in our and our partners' warehouses (between 3-16 working days). You will find approx. estimated delivery time in the description of each individual product. We always pack and ship on the same day that we receive the item(s) from the supplier.

Can I exchange an item?

YES! On the return form you receive in the package, there is an option to tick "exchange". You can exchange an item whether it is for a different size, color, or something completely different.

By exchanging, you send the item back to us together with the return form and place a new order within 5 days after you have returned the package, for to avoid return fees. After a new order has been placed, a full refund will be returned to you within 7-14 days.

Can I edit/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot edit your order after it has been placed and imported into our system.

If you have ordered something wrong or for other reasons need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@frilin.no (remember to state the order number)

If your order has already been processed and sent from us, however, you can always return it if you do not wish to keep it.

How do returns and refunds work?

Frilin has a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you can return goods in their original condition without giving a reason. Here's what you do: Fill in the attached return form in the package, pack the item(s) neatly in the shipping bag, and stick the included return label on the outside of the bag. A return shipping fee of NOK 59. automatically deducted from your refund. We aim to process your return and issue a refund within 7-14 days.

  • By original condition we mean that all products you return must be in the same condition as when you received them and with all labels/tags intact. Returned articles cannot be used, washed or altered in any way.
  • For hygienic reasons, all panties are sealed/sealed with tags and cannot be tried on. We recommend looking at the size guide on each individual product, as well as measuring/comparing the measurements with underwear you already have at home that fits.

I forgot to add my discount code.

No problem! After placing your order, you have 2 days to get the discount on your order, by sending us an email with the discount code at hello@frilin.no (remember the order number) - valid as long as the code is still valid.

Help with size guidance.

We take size guidance seriously. That is why we have several size guides depending on the product and brand. You will find a size guide on each individual product above where you choose sizes.

Tip: Find the measuring tape, and perhaps a bra or panty that fits well to compare the measurements you take. A good rule to remember for the bra fit is that it should sit on the outermost hem at the back when new, and you should ideally not get anything more than two fingers between the back and the bra. Often you should measure the circumference under the bust quite tightly, and round off to the nearest bra size. E.g.: If you measure 79 or 82 cm. your bra circumference will be 80. If you e.g. measures 78 cm. you can round down to 75 for a tight bra, or up to 80 for a slightly looser one. If you are unsure, we recommend rounding down.

Remember that we offer an easy change of size, should it not fit.

Why is my payment still listed as "reserved" in my online bank account?

Your order has been confirmed and will begin processing with us as soon as you receive the order confirmation by e-mail. However, the payment remains reserved until we receive the goods from the supplier, or they pack from our warehouse. That way, nothing is paid until we actually have the package ready to send to you.
